It actually refers to 6 patients that had an LTP event in a total trial population of 40. Just to be clear, patients that have not evented are not part of the dataset, therefore this infinity that you speak of doesn't exist in a median PFS world. If only 6 patients had evented, then the median PFS is based on those 6 patients ONLY.
