If you did local only, then only 6 out of 40 would have had a PFS event at all. Adding IDR means those same 6 may have had an IDR and those same 6 may have had an PFS even sooner if any had an IDR sooner than 6 months.

You can't say the media local recurrence for the populaton is anything yet. No median established except for the subgroup which is worthless info for dicussion on the HEAT trial because the FDA doesn't care even remotely. The FDA only cares about median PFS which goes down as you add IDR:
