The suspension has nothing to do with the dividend, lets just get that fact out of the way. And the SEC would not have suspended SRGE if the statements they were making were true.
What?! The company isn't going to do anything that will get them off of the Grey Market anytime soon.
The dividend doesn't prove anything other than they are willing to give away some money for whatever reason. It doesn't answer anything that the SEC has questions about, that's for sure.
