Well it sounds like it was sitting empty..part of the Puda connection. Remember, no one knew were the 86 mill deposit was sitting...hello..there was no deposit! All of a sudden out of the blue "ok we close now, we have cash" We were all shocked, because a week earlier still nebulous. So the waiting on the aquisition was a bunch of figuring out how to continue the flim flam.....man.

Yes, they paid close to that amount last year and they needed quite a long time to prepare the financing.
To me that GEO hit piece really smells and US citizens here should do whatever they can that such practices are no longer possible.

And for those who come up in defense of entities like GEO telling that they are bringing Chinese Frauds to daylight you might just ponder who is the biggest criminal:
In most cases the investors "fraud victims" didn't invest overnight and had enough time to adjust their positions if they felt insecure (which I did), all based on their own decisions.
The damage inflicted by GEO and other hit piece writers is far worse because it's designed to have the maximum robbery effect in the least possible time and doesn't give investors the chance to even profoundly read, evaluate and analyse the hit piece arguments.
