Well we either merge with them or they go global maximizing revenues and we go off to the next start up or merge with something else completely. SS is still good and insiders have the majority of shares outstanding. Debt has been reduced dramatically and little "bad" debt. She's thin and ready for the next level imo. IPRU
My guess is merger though. It would be mutually beneficial. They can do a lot with this magazine, not to mention the cigar aspect of it. Shops, accessories and what not. Going public could be just what the doc ordered for C&S. Would be nice boost in pps.
