That makes perfect sense! I wish MoMo would have put it that way. In other words by pulling certificates it keeps people from reacting to emotion and selling when the price goes up on the Greys. Those that can hold on to their shares and don't sell based on emotion can keep there shares with there broker, who will transfer the shares when SRGE moves to a different exchange. How simple.
