A/S was raised by 500 mil followed by heavy dilution so I would esimate the O/S to be more likely 1 bil. the divy was just a drop in the bucket for the SRGE scam.

How do you know the divy was $109K lol, The A/S was increased then bogus pr's released for dilution.. good thing the SEC stepped in this scam, SRGE going down when the dump fest starts on the 15th
