I think it comes down to a lack of vision or just plain bad business sense. Doesn't seem like they even have their priorities straight.

All of their investors were hoping for news after Black Friday and Cyber Monday. We waited and waited...nothing. Then the only news they released was to basically say they have a Facebook page. Cool, but where does our money fit in on that?

Then the buyout rumors started. We long term investors were thinking that maybe we'd benefit, because a blind man could see the potential of this company. Now this...

I don't know what's happening but I know one of two things to be certain...this is either a fantastic thing, in the case of an uplisting that requires a certain share price to meet the standard due to immense earnings that have yet to be officially released or a horrible thing, in that the company is broke and they're just trying to keep their heads above water. Hopefully some more news will come out and give us insight on which to expect.
