I read their 10-K quarterly report and it contained a long history of financial transactions, issuing shares to staff and law firm, etc. to pay for services.
It also stated that Harmon did not receive any compensation for the past three years.
Others here may have more understanding of this company. I looked at their webpages and they are impressive. My personal view is that the Chairman and CFO (Harmon) is doing whatever he can for the company.
Cashflow and ability to get financing is a harsh reality faced my many companies big or small.
I remain confident that something positive will emerge. Harmon, as CFO, seems to have the ability to negotiate so many financial transactions in the short history of the company.
