if you want to explain further to the board, i suggest the next steps should be:

-- you outlining specific regulations that you feel OPHI has broken, with linked references to specific passages in legal code and references to precedents for similar successful cases involving pink sheet companies.

-- since you've "done this before," you listing examples of companies you've successfully taken to court, with details on how those cases apply to OPHI.

otherwise, we should agree to disagree.

imo, OPHI hasn't lied to us, and seems to be making solid progress in biz dev.
they just made a bad decision to make toxic financing.
