You do understand that a public declaration of an intent to sue, is considered legally as providing the opposing party with due notice, and therefore affording them the right to take any and all necessary actions in response?

If you did talk to your lawyers (and you really should) it certainly wasn't about Simon Casey, although I don't doubt his lawyers will contact you just as soon as they can locate you.
