I'm with you on thinking that we'll have some significant news during the next 30-45 days. Not just because of the CC but due to Glasgow going part time for this mystery company's more suitable CTO. I like the idea of mixing it up with a profitable private company that probably pays 1/3 of the salaries that Lightwave does for staff that in some cases is both more efficient and capable.

I hope that by the end of February we will have a more clear picture of the future. However, if we are scratching our heads wondering what's going on or what happened then I think we need to begin to exercise our power as shareholders more effectively. Working as a collective whole, rather than a group who we can categorize from most to least angry, we'll need to begin directing our questions and concerns to the Board members instead of Tom. We have the advantage of having a large base of very intelligent local shareholders that could easily meet outside this message board and have a healthy discussion about what to do.
