My goodness Mr or Ms Augie. You seem bit testy. "Here you go again"?? This is my first post on this board.

Most of what I posted can be verified by the following. It's from the PTAH i-Box. Have you read it? If I posted something wrong, point it out to me and I'll happily correct it.

Here is a quick little nugget of DD on the players involved. Before MYFT was MYFT it was ANYT (controlled by the same people as PTAH is now, Morgans, Lewensohn). They controlled MYFT and a whole lot of other subs were within ANYT. Here is the OTC MYFT page where you can see under company notes the ANYT to MYFT change.

you will see ANYT personnel was Leonard Lewensohn, Jean Morgan, and Lynn Morgan (daughter of Jean Morgan). Although any of the old ANYT filings will show the Morgans & Lewensohn.
You will see that all 3 are experienced in the international carrier business. As stated in this filing. Here is another little blurb from back in the day about Lewensohn and the Morgans at ANYT. Read through the whole page and you will see management at the bottom.

If you go back and look at some of the financials when MYFT was ANYT and the Morgans and Lewensohn were in control they were doing double digit millions of revenues yearly! Heres one of the fins, theres a bunch of them w/ numbers to crunch as well as showing Morgans and Lewensohn in control. Good DD showing these guys do real business and not running a share printing press as their primary operations. lol
