Tob - for about the 5th time, forget Kinross and NSS for a minute. I'd love to hear your explanation for the dividend not being paid.

Paying the dividend was in the complete control of Southridge - not paying it can not be blamed on MMs, shorts, Kinross, FINRA, etc. Southridge did not file with FINRA and did not provide funding to brokerages.

IF EVERYTHING IS ON THE UP AND UP, WHY DID THEN NOT PAY THE DIVIDEND, NOR MAKE ANY PUBLIC ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AS TO WHY THEY DID NOT PAY IT?

If they can't be trusted to pay the dividend they announced, how can anyone be expected to believe anything else?
