i looked at melborne houses for sale. they appear to be significantly more expensive than sarasota or fort lauderdale, broward county.

i think that is a foreclose effect. this definitely shows up in the over 1 mil properties. i think i would prefer to life in sarasota or lauderdale. so we got all these lenders trying to get rid of property, and what they doing? they are driving down the property values, and generating more under water loans. god bless b of a.
