drive down A1A a few miles and have the Uber Wealthy Vero area. Not pretentious or in your over the top. but it is very quiet there.

Maybe St Johns or Orchid Island

Melbourne is a small city on the St John's and the Ocean. There are pockets of the underclass there. Lauderdale and Miami have them also. Just not on The Coast.

the area ecompasses Cocao Beach (think I dream of Jeanie(sp))
Merrit Island and lots of intra Coastal RE.

i went to mit. we always referred to, and considered Harvardlees to be riff raff. don't forget, obama's daddy was one of them, i do not think he was white, but the cilffies still loved him, so harvard sent him packing after all the mommies complained.
