Evergreen is in no way part of fcpg, and only represent fcpg when someone inquires. as i understand it, or so it appears, when fcpg decides they want to formally announce news of a material change, evergreen is the conduit to get it out. as one can reason, and only in my opinion, fcpg does not have what i call a true investors relations component of the company. evergreen must be simply paid when fcpg makes a filing, and they put it out. additionally, evergreen does not have a website.
draw what you may from this, but the path runs right back to my pal wang ----- and to cover my butt and keep the sharks away from me, imo!
