Not sure what you mean about control f and the pdf, but here are some facts hard to deny.
1) Shivus announced a contract at the Philly Marriott - where's the contract?
2) Shivus announced contracts in India - where are the contracts?
3) Shivus announced an install at the Doubletree Omaha - contract fell through and never mentioned again.
I don't have proof, but I'm pretty sure this conmpany never generated any revenues and I don't consider the $63k Shivus showed in 1 financial statement as revenues, because those were not actual sales. The $63k was work in progress at the Doubletree that was never billed and collected.
Here's one last fact: Anything Shivus ever said in a PR or a conference call never happened.
