I suggest everyone actually look through the documents for Tivus. There is only one reference. I am no legal expert nor an investment expert (otherwise I wouldnt be here)but before we continue to have this toxic meltdown take a breath and hit ctrl+F in the pdf and type in "Tivus" then hit enter. Just a thought although I know most of you will berate me for talking any sense at all......

I'm not defending or saying this thing is still afloat but I do dislike rumors and appreciate facts.
