And why don't you read my post? SRGE hasn't traded on the OTCBB since it deregistered in 2011. It was a Pink.

And now it is a Grey. Believe me, that is NOT a Good Thing.

Buybio2, You are wrong. SRGE was not on the OTCBB. They were a non-reporting Pink Sheet traded stock. There is a vast difference between the two. OTCBB stocks must have filed a current registration statement with the SEC that has passed through the rigorous SEC review process. They must also be current in their SEC reporting requirements. SRGE met none of those requirements.

If more "investors" realized the vast difference between an SEC-reporting OTCBB company and a non-reporting "stinky pinky", they would be much less likely to fall for obvious scams like SRGE and their bogus news releases and fabricated "financial statements".
