They are not the ones who dictate where stocks go. That is delegated to the OTC Markets and the market regulators.

OTC Markets, where SRGE is listed under is showing SRGE as GREY MARKET!

Just wait, that Macroaxis.com site will change at some point in time to Grey and if not, I wouldn't trust em.
