3. No return defeat of title face off in Chile 3-0 JL over ABX marks the legal defeat of ABX at this second. Knocked out past the ten count.
4. Ability of MSX to be able to land Financing to Option to earn 50% in JV. May be possible, by sole virtue of the market value of our contracted Agreement, thus far.
5. Under 20% of existing Silver reserves which come for free to MSX in JV suffice to pay for the deal and for top technology for production.
So no one may deny its ability to leverage any deal with us as owners.
6. Financing thus, will not be a function of what I receive or what MSX pays me, be it that comes of the fruits of using our asset to finance MSX.
