I have Etrade and never got my second divy. I've been holding shares since 2/2011.

Not surprising. Some here saw that coming. The dividend was never processed by FINRA. Some brokerages went ahead and paid it anyway, with their own money, imagining that the company would send cash soon. That works with exchange-listed stocks, but with OTC issues, they should ALWAYS wait until the dividend notice appears on the Daily List.

Naturally this makes me wonder if the company ever intended to pay that dividend.
