Anyone know a good anti-spam lawyer? IIRC CANSPAM allowed for individuals to seek damages. I've certainly got cash on hand to launch a suit against these spammers. They have overrun my inbox and for that I will not forgive nor forget.

How convenient for them. There are no online company registers for Belize or the BVI. Andorra's supposed to have one, but the link given here doesn't work:

The site wouldn't be working right now, but I don't think that should generate a 404 error message.
