Sound about right, The B option. I looked at other tickers, and quite a few have gone this route. I just googled the Mutual fund filing number, and several Companies popped up.. Maybe looking for a safe haven for whatever funds are left in his accounts? (Kaye)..GL

I also would suspect option B. The fund manager clearly looks for these types of undervalued companies to add to this fund he manages. Look him up, seems like he knows what he's doing. Perhaps the whales are starting to move in, and can see the value we see:)...
