I have to agree with you. Howe had a golden opportunity to let shareholders know the way forward and he did not. He instead choose to tell shareholders to stop bothering him and highlight how pathetic the annual is. I will say this as a shareholder in any company. If you don't want questions from concerned investors, go back to your private company and stop taking others money to pay your companies debts/bills, while handing out shares under your new filing. Sorry to the longs, but I truly believe your CEO made his first misstep with this release. Mr. Howe, your investors, your shareholders, your OWNERS want to know what the hell is going on with THEIR company. Your response, none of your business. This is not the way to attract new investors, nor customers. Bad management, and more importantly bad leadership.

I have to agree that the letter seems somewhat dismissive of shareholders. I get the feeling that despite some claims by the company otherwise, we may still not have the increase in sales we are looking for. Everyone knows the annual should not be expected to enthrall investors, but the question remains what are the sales now. The letter is definitely trying to soften the blow. He sure is not winning over shareholders with the letter, and is not convincing anyone that we are on the right track. I get the impression that the struggles continue. Will the next report be positive, who knows? No confidence given by the letter. Dog.

It may also be the most honest shareholder letter I have read.

Two totally lost qtrs of sales. Product may have been coming back rather than going out. I would be surprised if SHF wasn't ready to turn the lights out.

Howe has done wonders keeping the company afloat with the support of his BOD while he attempts to grow sales and increase the IWEB sales footprint. We're at the end of his first full qtr at the helm. As he has stated numerous times to anyone who has ever communicated with him, he does not share sales figures other than in filings. I don't think he was using aggressive language in his letter about sales, I just think this letter is a great way to hammer the point home to everyone and maybe lighten the load a bit on his inbox (LOL)

My guess is that the company is working hard, making progress, and has been holding back on some announcements over the holiday period. Plus, everyone should have expected an absymal K. Lots of companies hold off on PRs during the holidays because their audience is focused elsewhere.

I continue to trade the swings and manage my core. This dog might have some fleas, but it ain't dead yet.

Happy Holidays and Stay Safe
