When the CEO signs a form filed with the SEC, he is verifying that it is true. If it is not, he gets a vacation at club FED and a spiffy new orange suit.

THAT's why you won't see one from SRGE. Not that people won't go away anyway, if they can find them, just why make it worse? { 8^D
