The SEC takes its time when suspending a stock and if they moved this fast this was clearly a fraud...just like it's sister scam SAEI
The SEC has been in contact with SRGE well before the trade suspension. They ALWAYS provide the company an opportunity to prove their case before the suspension is made. I told you that SRGE was ramping up their game because THEY KNEW this was coming.
