Gates back in the day Fred was very protective of the lab, so much so that he wasn’t receptive to outsiders trying to improve on what he made. Years ago when his health went, it was so fast that there wasn’t time to document everything that he discovered, yes Andrew and Mom helped out everyone stepped up, this is all water over the dam now but I’m certain that caused delays in the back ground. As information I didn’t know it at the time, I found out over a year later. Some time when we meet in person I’ll explain it this is not the kind of thing that is for a public BB. Hippa stuff ya know. I wouldn’t worry about the Goetzs, they wouldn’t do anything to hurt this and they have enough legal talent to protect all concerned.
Hey the shares are for sale at whatever price the sellers are willing to take, right now they want less than a buck, I say gather them up. Numerous reasons for the folks selling but it is NOT me.
