IMHO there were a lot of PRs put out during the period that Tony has his name on. So I'm not sure he can claim ignorance. But I'm no lawyer, just an investor. But in my business if I sign it I'm responsible for what I am signing. I'm not saying Tony is guilty of intent but he was a part of it how much do? Like everyone is saying on this board. Ill let the legal system decide.
But if Tony has that much naiveté he should not be the CEO. Again IMHO
