His pr's were fact.. They were not supposed to be able to sell shares because they were restricted

Funny that this should surface now. I remember a few PRs that were put out back when JB was the PR guy, and when he was called out on them he stated that Otto had put them out on his own, and that he (JB) had nothing to do with their release.
Then again, when JB was either CEO or Pres of the so-called Company, he stated that questionable PRs were put out by the PR dept, and that he knew nothing about those......
Kinda makes ya wonder, huh??

You should really examine your investment in this company. If I had your doubt about being a CEO that appears to be naive, then I would not be invested. Remember that Dan was hired to help in this area, so Tony could have been misled.
