Acoording to the 8k released on Dec 5th 2012, 30 million shares was roughly 7% of outstanding shares. That would put the O/S at roughly 280 million.

About 600 million had been trading since then, so if you take into account that 1/2 those are new shares, the O/S would still only be about 680 million. I would say that is top right now
