MoMo, I have CONFIRMED calls from Kinross, having spoken to different people yesterday and today (I called in today since the office was officially open) and was told, there is NO connection to SRGE! I even asked if there was a way that Martin Moscosa signed it, but they were not aware....the response was that all decisions like that are made by corporate and would have to go through corporate, so upper management would have been involved (which they aren't nor have any idea about involving SRGE in this case).

So, I'm really not sure what to think. I'm a long, but either SRGE is playing us or the NYSE is utterly clueless. Who knows..

I understand what you're saying. What I'm asking though is, since it appears that Martin Moscosa works for KG Exploracion Mexico (a Kinross company), is it possible that the documents were signed with KG Exploracion Mexico listed and thus making it correct that KGC denied the JV news on the basis that the agreement was signed with one of their subsidiaries?

MoMo, so you are saying a mid level manager in exploration has been authorized by Kinross to sign off on a $500 million deal???

That as absurd as thinking a NYSE company would be dealing with a shady, non-reporting company like SRGE.
