there you have it folks, NO SETTLEMENT, JAG is not right when it comes to IDCC....pump and dump....happy being a longterm holdder these days, it certainly is taking much longer than I had planned but I like what the new guys are doing with this company....

That is really bad news, that means no settlement, instead another 30 years of litigation instead. lol
