Teams are only as good as there leader and this leader is good at selling an idea but is no good at taking that same idea to market.

As we head into 2013 we are now hearing the same old same old "this is EDWY's year" "this year is the year" how many years have we heard this now?

Gary should stick to doing what he does best get people on board and selling the idea but after that he needs to get out of the way.

If he is really as good as people say then he should not need that 51% to keep his job.
