They need the injunction first that's why they had to go to Chancery. It's called injunctive relief. This will allow them to keep selling Playboy Energy drinks and stop anyone else from selling it instead. Then they go for past damages money etc second. These guys appear to be trying to save their business as their top priority amd not just looking for a quick one shot pay day. That is a good thing actually.
