This will allow them to keep selling Playboy Energy drinks and stop anyone else from selling it instead. Then they go for past damages money etc.

CIRC can go for huge damages after winning the injunction as they were driven to bankruptcy.

CIRC is following the right approach as rainmaker suggested in December.
