Because after watching this one for a couple months...it appears to me it has bottomed. The extremely small trades to keep it down consistently, has caught my attention. It is not dead, but one thing I look for is a company that is not promising the world. For example, pr's that state they are drilling in another country...etc. While there are no updates to make me believe this is about to go sky high, I look for just this type of stock to do just that. I will continue to accumulate over the following weeks, and look to see if they brought anything out of the ground again this year. BTW, a dead stock wouldn't still be filing. They are in two major producing areas of the country, but if production for their wells is not good, then my gamble obviously won't pay off.
