gran, when dealing with any gov agency, I can guarantee you, they said all they could say at this time. We will get more info as the gov agency allows and only then. Sorry but, that's how the gov works when it works or doesn't work. Doesn't matter whose in charge of what. Still not sure if Kerry for Sec of State is a good thing or a bad thing, time will tell on that pick.
