This is why I believe a motion for dismissal (about 99.9% certain) to be filed on Dec. 27th by Playboy will be denied. The BK court is not dismissing the agreement, it will not be dismissed in the Chicago court either.
Would you or anyone know if Playboy or any of its affiliates (named or unnamed in the court dockets) attempted to have the beverage produced by another party?
