...tic toc: CIRC winning against one of the worlds most recognized brands so far. They were just given the legal right to even go after Playboy State by State if need be to ensure distribution....tic toc and here comes the next two court dates!
Why would Playboy win their trademark and brand infringement lawsuit if CIRC was just allowed to legally go after Playboy State by State to distribute Playboy Energy drink? The court ruled clearly and quickly in CIRC's favor here --- and rulings are not over-turned so lightly....in fact the evidence pointed to Playboy's mishandling of their contract with CIRC.
