Very interesting Casper. The lobbying groups are constantly saying these new restrictions will cause economic hardships on these polluting companies yet today when the final ruling was mandated the ruling was made into law. Sounds like a good prediction for the Dec 20th ruling for mercury and the cement companies. Thanks for passing that on to us - this is good news.
The Administration, think President, and the EPA is not going to go easy on Mercury pollution.....IMHO. Especially following his sucessful re-election effort.
The importance of this stance by the "G" cannot be overstated. The Executive Branch is the final word on Mercury pollution/contamination.
