Very interesting Casper. The lobbying groups are constantly saying these new restrictions will cause economic hardships on these polluting companies yet today when the final ruling was mandated the ruling was made into law. Sounds like a good prediction for the Dec 20th ruling for mercury and the cement companies. Thanks for passing that on to us - this is good news.
