Doesn't matter...you don't see TRO numbers of that high a percentage unless the float is much more than stated. Flipping cannot account for it under any reasonable scenario. We have seen TRO's of over 50% twice this week...that is really unusual.

There is alot of smoke coming out of the building....it's a safe bet there is a fire inside.
