I think we have to assume the second dosing for cohort one is the same level as the first. Otherwise they would have said something. But that continuation of the same dosing level is the protocal, right.

I don't see anything unusual in their statement. I took it to mean the patients in the 2nd cohort will start their double strength dosing and the patients in the 1st cohort will now start their second round of treatments with the initial low dosing. I can't see where they implied the first cohort patients had already received the start of the 2nd cohort treatments. I took it to mean all patients will start the approved treatments the week of 16 DEC. IMO

Not certain how far to take the implications? Well I'll imply one thing: if you have not started a position in CTIX, you are making a huge mistake and should remedy it immediately!
