This part reads unusual: "In addition to patients in the first cohort now receiving their second cycle of dosing,..."
I'm not sure how to interpret this. The committees determined there would be some benefit to a second cycle and it started before the second cohort. There is definitely something between the lines, but I'm not certain how far to take the implications.
