Great post I totally agree
and add this to the mix

[quoteI applaud Mark, this is what a corporate owner should be doing to enhance the sales environment.

This is a widely accepted and recommended way to increase sales, provide a comfortable environment within which to conduct business, and do so by spending as little as possible.

This accomplishes several goals; such as visibility, comfort, controlled sales environment, the ability to focus a potential buyers interest, etc.

Way to go Mark! During slow economic times you have choices, you can quit and simply fold up operations, make low cost improvements to your property, finesse your advertising and web exposure, upgrade your floor stock, minimize your warehousing costs, increase visibility, expand exposure through new marketing and distribution points, etc.

I personally like it, and like it a bunch, keep up the good work Mark as times are a changing and getting more condicive to conducting business. OOOOH AHHHH!

TYTAN will soon be getting a lot more exposure on the internet
IN this day and age the internet plays a HUGE ROLL IN A COMPANIES SALES

You will see a copy of the new web site before the week is out. It has 110 pages and many links on each page. One key feature of this new site is that each page will be picked up by the Search engines as a "home page" which will greatly strengthen the Internet pulling power. Once the site is back under our control, there will still be a lot of work to be completed, however the format will be much easier to work with and use

this is a big step leading to increasing sales and dealerships
110 pages shows a lot of work and effort and thought has gone into completeing this task

The recent Mailbag is nothing but a pitiful slop jar full of excuses and doubletalk for not following through on his previous Mailbag promises.

Maybe another veteran will stop by for a photo session! whoop d'freakin doo!

shame on Mark for trying to use war heroes to paint lipstick on his pig of a company.

If there is no marketing to draw in customers, who gives a rat's behind whether the showroom has a new coat of paint and new windows.

This is pathetic.

I agree it is good to upgrade the showroom, but this is not a restaurant! Tytan wouldn't have to worry about protecting the equipment from the harsh climate if the CEO would do his job and sell it.

Cash is tight, DUH, it is sitting their in inventory that no one seems to want. At best Tytan is selling 1-2 tractors a month.

Unless the CEO gets off his rear end and starts selling, dilution will start up again. And given the nominal liquidity in the stock, those private placements will be done a very, very steep discount.

I'd be more impressed if he just started using the same FREE resources that other tractor manufacturers and dealers are using to get their message out.

Try to find a listing for Tytan tractors on any of those sites. You can post the damn ads for FREE for gawdsakes. I've sold four trucks and a boat on Craigslist over the last 2 years without spending a nickel on paint or wallpaper for some damn showroom. You just post the ad, and if someone wants what you're selling, they come and look at it.

This ain't rocket science. The problem is that Mark can't even be bothered with letting the world know he's even in business. His customers are just supposed to find out about him through telepathy or messages from Mars or something. How are you going to sell anything that way.

Slow economic times? Lmfao!!!!
The ag industry is not slow, just more pathetic excuses for a CEO who is failing miserably at running a public company
