Bags! You got it! And the purported CA allows them to go mum until the imaginary NYSE company pulls out. Did they lie. No! Because they didn't promise squat and of course supplied the CYA standard disclaimer that essentially absolves them of any responsibility.

Pretty standard of gold mining scams. Wish I could publish the list of companies that have employed the same game.
