It's a program called crapcleaner. I use it every day to rid my computer of temp files. Works with the FireFox cache also. Great little prog for helping keep your computer clear of junk. Only "gotcha" is it cleans your cookies, run menu, and typed urls if you don't uncheck those boxes on the main page. I highly recommend it.
