ABBY is an oil and gas exploration, development and production company with producing wells in the Bakken formation in Saskatchewan Canada and a development project in Richardson County, Nebraska.

According to a November 8, 2012 article in Bloomberg Businessweek, U.S. output of oil and other liquid petroleum products is expected to surge by more than 80 percent through 2020.
